Full gold. Beautiful and precise lemon-tart and lemon-shortbread scents, with a brocade of floral notes, too: compelling and unique. It’s all about the aromas on the palate, too, which is clean and neutral in terms of fruit build and structure—but the perfect canvas for those lemon shortbread (lemon and a buttery fattiness that has nothing to do with oak) aromas to enchant. Lovely vibrant acidity keeps it all fresh. Yet another super success from this great tasting. Score: 91
