The Domaine Zafeirakis will participate at the “Fysika Fysika”, the first exhibition that deals exclusively with wines with minimal or zero interventions, on Sunday, November 6, 2022 in Thessaloniki.
The “Fysika Fysika” is a sustainable, boutique wine exhibition that aims to present the highest quality wines with little or no intervention. It also wants to showcase Greek wines that come from small wineries and producers with good practices towards the land, the environment and people, but above all it wants to highlight really good wine.
You will taste over 80 wines of mild interventions from 38 Greek wineries and meet their creators within a day. Their wines are organic, biodynamic, with low or no additives. They are pure, environmentally friendly and above all very tasty!
The Domaine Zafeirakis, located in Tyrnavos, represented by Christos Zafeirakis, a 4th generation winemaker, will attend the event as it has been practicing organic farming since 2005 and applying biodynamic practices since 2019.
Following in the footsteps of his family, he continued their work in winemaking and aimed at sustainable farming practices for a better and improved technique in terms of wine making, showing respect towards the environment and people. The vineyard of the domain is specially designed in a way that minimally interferes with the biodiversity of the environment, preserving it in the best possible way, giving all the positive elements of this action to the wine.
